Toronto Taste

Yesterday we attended Toronto Taste, the premier annual fundraising event for Ashley’s organization, Second Harvest. For a a small entrance fee you get access to unlimited food and drink from 60 chefs at the city’s top restaurants. I don’t think I’ve eaten so much rich food in short order in quite some time. The halibut cheeks and lamb brains were memorable, as were the oysters and many glasses of wine. I also managed to come away with a few bottles of Italy’s finest, 2001 Brunellos which I’ll save for a special occasion. Photos below.
