Chris comes to Chile!
In between a stint at Monitor for the summer and a return to his MBA, Chris paid us a surprise visit in the last week of August for a little skiing in the Andes and sightseeing. Did I say skiing in August? Yes we made the trip up to 3,900m for a little spring skiing in the southern hemisphere. We got a metre of snow about 3 days before Chris arrived and the weather didn’t disappoint. We were cruising down the slopes in 20-degree sunny weather and enjoying hot chocolates and cervezas at the base.
In between trips to the mountains (Chris made four in all) he took in a little sightseeing in Santiago, ate Chilean sushi (much better than in Toronto!) and we headed to the Pacific coast for some seafood and beach time. Chris it was great to have you down, fun times as always!
